Complaints and disputed situations
Most problems with a casino account are misunderstandings that support can fix in one conversation. Some are not. This page explains how to complain effectively, how dispute resolution usually works for a foreign-licensed operator, and what this site can and cannot do for you.
Start with the operator's support team
Write to support first, in writing — chat transcripts can be saved, emails are better. Describe the problem in a few sentences, with dates, amounts and references, and say clearly what outcome you are asking for. Ask for a case number. Give the operator a reasonable time to answer; many have a formal complaints procedure in their terms with stated response times.
Keep evidence from the start
- Screenshots of the balance, the bonus terms and any messages, with the date visible.
- Transaction references from your bank, wallet or blockchain explorer.
- Round IDs from the game history for disputed game results.
- A copy of the terms as they read on the day of the problem.
Disputes that come up most often
Withdrawals held for verification, bonuses cancelled for a maximum-bet breach, winnings voided because of an account in a restricted country, and duplicate accounts closed. In most of these the operator relies on a specific clause; ask which one, and read it. If the clause was applied correctly, a complaint will not change the result — but if it was not, the clause number makes your case clear.
When the operator does not settle it
An operator's licence is issued by a regulator, and many regulators either handle player complaints or require the operator to use an independent dispute resolution service (ADR). Find the licence details in the operator's footer, then look on the regulator's site for its complaints procedure. For an operator reached from Cambodia the regulator is foreign: Cambodia has no online casino licences, and the CGMC does not license online operators. Keep in mind that the LMCG does not allow Cambodian citizens to gamble, which also limits how a complaint can be pursued locally.
How to word a complaint
Keep it short and factual: what happened, when, the amounts and references, which rule you think was applied wrongly and what you want — a payout, a reinstated bonus, an explanation. Avoid threats and long histories; they slow a case down. Attach evidence rather than describing it, and keep a copy of everything you send.
What this site cannot do for you
We are an independent information site, not the operator, not a regulator and not a legal adviser. We cannot see your account, overturn a decision or recover money. What we can do is help you understand the rules: if a guide on this site is wrong or unclear, write to info@casinodewi888.com and we will correct it.
If money problems are part of the picture
A dispute can come with stress, debt or the urge to win back what was lost. Free support is listed on our responsible gambling page.
